One of Queensland's first Post Offices, our two-storey building was erected in 1886. Many decades have passed, but the venue's beauty and attraction remains clear. Now home to an exciting bar and grill, we have been careful to integrate the building's original aesthetic with modern functionality.
Our bar offers a great selection of quality local and imported wine, beers on tap as well as boutique beers. With Executive Chef Pete Clark and Head Chef Fred Hine at the helm, our menu has been called a carnivore's dream, featuring top-quality meats served in a variety of delicious ways. That said, we love our vegetarian and vegan friends, and have a variety of tasty, meat-free dishes.

Pete studied under some of the Great Chefs in well-established restaurants in England. With 6 years recent experience in a well-loved Italian restaurant, Pete blends, fuses and re-interprets the flavours, techniques and styles that make up ‘Tapas’. Among Pete’s many talents is his ability to make amazing gluten free dishes.
TJ Marshall & Terry Tai – General Managers
Two experienced front of house and bar managers, Terry and TJ are the friendly faces our guests come to know. With combined experience of 15+ years leading some of the best venues in Brisbane, Terry and TJ bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Passionate advocates for high quality yet affordable wine, beer and spirits, both venues will boast a small but qualified selection of wines available by the glass and bottle, which have been chosen to match the food style, environment and guest preferences.
